Eric Morrison was promoted to associate athletic director for external operations at the University of Missouri on Aug. 1. Morrison started with the Athletic Department at MU in 1998, working in media relations. He has served in a number of roles within the external operations area, including coordinator of suite operations, director of development for annual giving and most recently, assistant athletic director for external operations. In his new role he will oversee all marketing efforts for the department, media relations, broadcast operations, ticket sales, the Tiger Team stores and the department's relationship with Mizzou Sports Properties. Morrison in a 1994 graduate of QHS and graduated from the University of Missouri in 1998 witha a bachelor's degree in communications.
