Drew Boster, executive director for Development for Palmer College, is resigning his position, effective Oct. 31, 2007, to join the Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science in Los Angeles, Calif., as vice president for Development.
“It’s been my honor to have worked with so many wonderful people at Palmer College,” said Boster. “I’d like to thank the administrative leaders, faculty, staff, alumni and friends for their undying support of the capital campaign.”
Boster joined Palmer in 2002 and led the College in its five-year, $35 million “Building the Future Fountainhead” capital campaign. That campaign was successfully completed earlier this year after reaching more than $35.5 million.
“I’d like to personally thank Drew for his efforts over the past five years and for his dedication to the successful completion of the campaign,” said Larry Patten, chancellor. “I know so many here at Palmer will join me in wishing Drew the best as he begins this new chapter in his life.”
The College is currently examining opportunities to replace this administrative position.
